Jamie is TWO!

Okay, if you follow this blog, you all know that I am really bad at postings....As of May 1, I am officially off of my wacky work schedule and am now back to straight nights...this will give me more time to be on the computer (I am NEVER on it!)...I signed up for Facebook and then haven't been on it since...and that was three weeks ago. We also got our old house rented but before that Matt and I were spending a TON of time up there getting it totally renovated! So, with all that behind me...maybe I can blog more. Just maybe. When I get a bit more time, I will post pictures of some of the events since my last post, and there have been a lot! Well...during all the chaos, my sweet and handsome little boy turned two! He really is becoming soo much fun, he is starting to talk a lot now, and his personality and interests are starting to show. He LOVES cars! He completes our family and I couldn't imagine my life without him!!!

His smile makes me sooo very happy!
I warned ya! He LOVES cars! (just like his daddy!) This picture reminds me that he is not a baby anymore...he is a little boy!
We have been trying to grow his hair out, to see what it would look like...it can get crazy at times, but I kept it slicked down for the most part.
My mom asked why I didn't put him in a pair of pants without holes. I tried to explain to her that they came that way...I personally think it is kind of funny..like how could a two year old wear out holes in his pants...ahh..there in lies the charm!
Even though he won't remember it, I hope that he had a great birthday. I had arranged for Lauren to spend the night at my mom's so that I could get one-on-one time with just him and me. I took him to get his pictures taken, then we brought lunch to Matt who was at the old house, painting, and then we picked up Lauren and went to see Monsters Vs. Aliens. He sat still longer than he ever had! He sat on his Dad's lap and ate popcorn, licorice and M&Ms! The last 15 minutes he wandered the aisles...partly due to boredom and partly due to sugar overload! The following Sunday our families came over for cake and ice-cream. I hope my little boy knows how special he is and how much he is loved! Happy Birthday James Mathew Lovato..our little Jamie!!!
